Hi Folks,
This seemed to have good reviews so I bought the kit and now installing it. The instructions from the 1st customer in 2008 are about the only reference and they leave me with a few questions - ie I can’t figure out where some of the pieces go and there are some spots where none of the available pieces fit. Bob at appbiz still makes batches of these kits, didn’t have any other guidance since it’s been 10+ years since he did any installation work on these.
I’ll post some pics later, but if anyone has any more info beyond the mh951 .pdf file I’d much appreciate it!

I swapped the carpet in my car and 'might' be able to identify the various pieces with pictures. I do remember being surprised and confused by some of them, but I was using all factory pieces (not appbiz)...
Ok - Here goes.
.pdf is the original instructions. I have put in pieces 1,2,3a,3b,4a,4b,5 so far. Those were obvious. 12 (which now includes 10) is also obvious.
The instructions don't show all the pieces for the driver/passenger footwell areas - see pics driver + passenger. I think I have those laid out correctly. I also think I have the right piece for 9 (far left piece in pic unknown1.jpeg).
I am having issues identifying which pieces 6,7,8 and 11. See pics unknown1 and unknown2 for the pieces that might go there. Some of the pieces look like they go to 7 & 11, but they don't look quite right when I try to place them.

Yeah, those pieces don't follow the factory pattern -- as I'm sure you know... I'd think you are down to trial and error on the remaining pieces. The picture in the instructions seems incomplete? You're welcome to come look at my carpet if you think it would help....
Thanks - that link is basically the same source as the .pdf.mwc951 wrote: Thu May 18, 2023 5:17 pm Looks great!
Need to put that project on my to do list.
Not sure if this will help or not.

A local upholstery shop should be able to make something very similar, with any carpet you want.Jc951 wrote: Sun Dec 10, 2023 9:58 am Doesn't look like this kit is still available. Would have loved to get one.
