Unknown Caller on PCM

I ordered a new base 718 and took delivery in February. Right out of the gate anytime I received a call while driving "Unknown Caller" would display on the PCM. All my contacts were synced. I have a newer Android phone and I have paired and repaired my phone several times. I have logged my car off and re-logged on. Other Porsche specialists at the dealership have paired there phones and synced their contacts to my PCM and called me and the same thing happens including using iphones. Nothing helps. Anybody else have this problem and is there a solution? Calling Porsche customer service did not help......
