Hope he goes out on a recruiting campaign for software engineers. By not sticking to the “home market” for talent Hyundai has been successful. VW Group needs to do similar.

Must be related to the proposed IPO? It's interesting to see how freely Porsche seems to be talking about the IPO. In the US, companies need to avoid 'gun-jumping' their IPO with statements that condition the market for the potential securities being offered. I'm guessing they'll be going public in Germany....?
