87 944. Wires to my B/U lights switch are gone. Between mice rabbits and the passage of time all I have is two spade connectors and maybe a 1/4" of wire. I know one goes to the rear lights assembly and the other to power but I'm not seeing anything under the car as to where these wires route to these points. What I'm asking is where is the entry point in the body so I can look for and splice new wires into the harness. Manuals I have are no help and wiring diagrams obviously don't show that either.

Never mind; I found it. It was zip tied to the fuel line and behind it.

So.... where does it pop through to the outside?

It goes up and behind the gas tank then must go over to the drivers side and join the bundle that runs to the tail lights that comes in somewhere be hind the back seat area.
