Hi All,

Where can I find DIY and or videos on how to remove rear and front bumpers on the 992? And any other DIY available. Like removing the rear wing off? Thank you all.

What'cha up to? :)

The 992 is still new enough that info is a bit skimpy, so if you had any interest in doing or collaborating on Carpokes-style how-to articles, just say the word.

In the meantime, here are a few videos....

@Tom I agree with you that there is not really that much of any DIY out there, so when I take the front and rear bumpers, I will do a video and a write up on them. I'm installing the third radiator on front on my GTS soon, when I get the parts, so I will also do a video and write up on that. I know the Turbo and GT3 comes with it stock, but now the Carrera. I think that we will need a DIY space for the 992 so we can dump all of the write ups and videos there. What are your thoughts? Thank you for the videos that you posted.

I agree a billion percent. :) We currently have Instructions and Technical Files board where I post all of my DIY's but it is a collection of things for all Porsches. If we can build a little momentum with 992 DIY's, we could break out a separate board solely for 992 DIYs. That's where forums have an advantage over FB, and as best I can tell there isn't really another forum with a active 992 DIY section. RL has one, but it only has 2 procedures (carpokes already has more than that); the 992Forum seems pretty inactive; pelican and Planet9 don't even have a 992 forum, let alone a 992 DIY section. I'm sure I'm missing some resources out there, but it seems like there's a real opportunity to make a mark. Let's do it!
