Hello All,

Have an odd problem, and wanted to see if anyone else experienced this, and hopefully know how to solve it.

My new-to-me 2006 Cayman S interior lights stay on when I have the left overhead switch in the center position. This is supposed to be the "neutral" position. If I close and lock the door, all the interior lights will fade out after about 20 seconds. But, if I simply get out of the car and close the door, like when it is in my garage, the lights stay on. They have stayed on for 45 minutes, at which point I fear draining the battery and push the switch forward to turn everything off.

I've searched the web, and seen that some say the newer Cayman/Boxsters have adjustable times that can be set. But I don't think my 2006 has that, and I'm almost afraid to leave it on overnight to see if they ever go off.

Anyone experience this kind of issue?

Thanks,
Steve
