Hard ride

Recently, my ‘21 Macan GTS, when first started rides very hard as if there were no shocks. This lasts through to my destination, typically within 5 miles.
After siting for an hour or so, the car then rides and performs normally. Note, the suspension is set at normal range and in non-sport mode.

Any thoughts? Thank you

PS: today, the same hard ride can back and the power windows failed to operate.
