I just discovered that RC cars use 3.5mm bullet connectors that fit perfectly into the big black rectangular connectors on the 951 (under the hood, behind the glovebox, etc.) and in the round diagnostic connector under the hood. They are all over Amazon, etc. I've been trying various bullet connectors for years, and these were right under my nose all this time. Not ground breaking, but thought I'd share. :)

Awesome Tom! I been trying to find something like this for over a year. Ordered and installed - much better than my previous hacked up pins! Thanks!

Great find. Thanks for this, Tom. I was able to de-solder and reuse the pins in my connectors, but its good to have a replacement option should I need one.

That's what I've been doing for years, thanks to a few old harnesses I use to harvest parts and color-coded wires. I discovered by accident that these are one of the go-to connectors for RC cars. And since RC Cars have such a massive and fanatical following, you can get these connectors in every configuration a material imaginable. :) Who knew...
