Rennline.com --- Damian is fantastic for Tech Info and more!!

For those of you who like to work with a Company with strong support along with easy to talk to bipedal upright carbon based life forms look up Rennline.com. Tons of fun stuff for the enthusiast into accessorizing their Porsche, and especially strong in the areas many of us Trackrats need parts for. Sure there are other good companies out there, but I am shouting out for Damian H. and others there because he and others have been super , super helpful. Having the parts one needs is great but often the answer to a question gets a response that , " Sir, you can get all the info on our website." As some of you may have noticed my posts often tend to be a little long ( on could even say I ramble a bit , ha ) and unfortunately for some Sales or Technical Folks I tend to do the same thing when I talk ----
Having gotten numerous items from these folks I am always impressed by how enthusiastic they are and I have never been cut off . I respect them so I am working hard not to ramble, as much!

I have called plenty of Porsche Aftermarket Companies and these guys rank at the top, so figure I should share my experiences, as this has been a solid source for help - which is what we sometimes need to purchase. I see more purchases with this little Vermont Company that is constantly looking for new Porsche products. Consider checking them out !!

What technical details did you ask him about? I asked him about the Rennline sway bar end links, specifically the lengths. His response is that he does not know the length and there is no one near the warehouse with a tape measure.

Not to say that Damian is not great just that I did not get what I needed.

I guess there is always something someone can't answer, I just know all the times I have called him with little questions he has been able to help me. More importantly he listens and he not the main Tech guy, so surprised he did not transfer you or get back. I have just had good luck with all the folks I chatted with at Rennline, because you can virtually always get someone. In today's World many places don't want to give you much time or help and in most cases these folks are patient and willing to help. I will not name other companies , but I spent way too much time talking or trying to talk with some other after market companies and found them lacking Obviously they are not perfect , but Rennline has a good attitude and not confined to just sending emails or texts. Sorry your experience was not similar to what I have gotten with these guys. There are other folks that are solid , I just felt like dropping Rennline's name as they have listened to some of my requests without pushing for a Sale.
