Fabspeed Headers That Crack

I have an 03 Boxster S with a Fabspeed Boxster 986 Performance Package. My problem is the headers keep cracking at the exit of the catalytic converters. I've had one header welded twice and the other once. I called Fabspeed and asked them about the problem. Fabspeed tells me they have seen this on track cars but mine is a lower mileage street driver. Has anyone else seen this problem and do they have a fix?
