Sport versus Comfort Seat frames
Does anyone know if the steel frames for the seats are the same between sport and non? The reclining mechanism on the bottom of my drivers sport seat was damaged during shipping and I am trying to decide how to fix it.
No they are not. There are some threads on how the sports seats have additional metal frame pieces welded on. Here's a thread on Renn List on it. You can make the modifications yourself.
