So my car is back together and running for not even a week and then I noticed that my cold start idle was going straight to 850 rpm. My EBC stopped working too, so I started checking my vacuum/boost lines and found this broken 90* fitting. It’s the one under the TB. I can’t find any fixes for this when I searched. Any and all help is appreciated on this one!

That fitting is a press fit, so you can probably just push it back in, maybe with a dab of JB weld. I can't find the picture right now, but to gain access for a big turbo, I pulled that connector out on mine and replaced it with a small section of brass tube from a hobby shop, which pressed in super tight. I'll see if I can dig up those details if yours won't go back in.

It’s actually snapped off in the TB. I have looked for it on diagrams but to no avail. Is there a Porsche part for it?

I don't think it's a separate part. I can't look until tomorrow, but can probably pull one out of an old TB for you. I'd probably try a pick or very tight drill bit or even a bolt extractor to get the old fragment out. I also made my own replacement once and probably have some tuning you can use for that...

I got the fragment out. What did you make as a replacement?

I used a 5mm brass tube, which I bent myself. It was a pretty tight press fit, but I used a dab of JB weld to be safe. I did it to gain clearance for a big turbo, but the same approach would work to replace the original.

That’s exactly what I need. It turns out that my slightly bigger turbo was tapping it, and, over time, it broke.

Thanks again
