Pen holder in glove box

What type of pen are you supposed to put in the glove box pen holder? I have a $300 steel braided Porsche pen I got as a gift many years ago. It doesn’t fit. Porsche sent me a 718 carbon fiber pen. It’s too big. I heard the Porsche “shake pens” fit but I’m not going to spend $150 for one. Maybe a Carpokes pen or Carpokes tire gauge?

I have the pen holder!!! (Is that really what it is?). I'm more inclined to do pens than tire pressure, just because the tire pressure is monitored on the dash. Open to the will of the Carpokean Nation though... If you have pen suggestions (that can host a logo), post 'em up!!

I had a similar holder in one of my BMW’s. It held a pen shaped LED flashlight. I heard that the Porsche “shake pen” fits but I haven’t verified it. Neither my steel braided Porsche Design pen nor the 718 pen that I received from Porsche fit - they both keep falling out.

This is the correct pen that Porsche designed to fit in the glove box pen holder. It fits very snug. All other Porsche Design pens don’t fit. It took me weeks to find someone who sells them.

A gift from my dealer. Fits perfectly when the clip is turned up out of the holder. Wanted "Porsche Naples" to be visible in pic.
