Hello to all,

Odometer gears gone at 99k. Looking for video to remove cluster and speedometer so I can send it out to gear odometer gears replaced.
Thanks for any help. Enjoy your Porsches!

If you can get the speedometer out of the dash, then you should be able to replace the odometer gear yourself. Download our step-by-step guide here:

Right. Go to this guide and follow the first 3 steps to get the cluster out of the dash. It shows every screw, nut, etc. With an airbag car, you'll either need to remove the steering wheel (carefully) or squeeze the cluster past the steering wheel, which is usually possible, but very tight. Once the cluster is out, the odometer gear guide shows how to get the speedometer out of the cluster to work on it.
