Cross member/motor mount install

Changing oil pan gasket + motor mounts. Best method for reinstalling the cross member with regards to the motor mount ? Install the MM to the crossmember first or motor side first ?

Install to the crossmember first. I find that rotating them into position on the crossmember works best.
