Folks like Tom and others on here are quite talented when it comes to 3d printing cool parts and gadgets... I have only 3d printed very tiny things when I got into hobby robotics a while back, so my skill set is VERY limited here.
Anyways, not sure if this is a daft idea, but thought I would share and see if anyone else ever thought of something like this for the base model 718's.
The front end of the base 718s is great, but the section in the middle is just a piece of plastic. While it's not ugly by any means, I thought it would be cool to place something different there. For example, the GT4 and GT4 RS has text engraved in the plastic on the front splitter... It's a little touch that I LOVE on those cars.
Example of what I am talking about...
A "If i could 3D print anything" post.... For 718 Base Model folks

Interesting, so it's completely blocked off -- no grille or airflow?

I would be curious to know what's behind the solid center piece. If incoming air is not routed out correctly, there might be issues at speed with pressures building up. Could even cause unwanted front end lift.
Since there is no center radiator, Porsche probably put that solid piece there for a very good reason. Just a thought.
