Free shipping in Continental US, and the savings is better than any of the group buys I have done with them on a couple of sets. No I am not a paid shill I just am an avid Motorhead who gets his vehicles out to exercise on road courses or auto crosses and it is always convenient to have a set or two of track wheels, and though I love Forgeline, Apex has become my new go to wheel guys.

I have the SM-10RS wheels in Anthracite - very nice. I think the Anthracite looks better in person than in pictures, so keep your porch vigil going - let the excitement grow! You'll be happy, I'm sure.

So does the sale mean I need to buy another set? Lol

Already chatted with 2 buddies who told me they hated me because they knew they were going to be in trouble even before Thanksgiving thanks to me------they each snagged up another set of track wheels, ha!

By the way I had a set of the Anthracite SM-10s on my Silver Mustang Mach 1 --- they do look incredible! I agree, blueline, they do look even more spectacular in person, but I imagine sometime down the road I will need a set of Bronze ones like VitaminC's set!

I am quite a fan of the motorsports gold myself, though it would depend which color car you have.

Heads up.............I had a Senior moment and forgot to order valve stems, though I will not use TPMS sensors since the car will be on the track, but if you need those accessories or others, Apex has them at 20% off, and that is solid, since they do not always offer discounts on the add ons.

Bill, why do you prefer to not use TPMS sensors on track wheels? The accuracy is phenomenal and the readings just before pit-in give me a wonderful benchmark that I check against with the Longacre as soon as I hop out of the car. I rely on both of those readings as well as my 10-15 min post pit-in Longacre pressure checks. (I keep a hastily scribbled log for the day.)

Understand, but I am a long time subscriber to checking the tires upon coming in, as that tends to be more accurate than any digital readout. My issue is also that so many folks tend to watch the tire pressure gauges or fiddle around with other things when I am Instructing and I find it is not conducive to focus. This same item came up on another Forum ( not a Porsche one ) and myself and a old Tire Guru ( he still is the Tire Chief for a couple of Pro Teams ) still stay with the old method of checking when pulling into the pits. They still do it by hand with Pro Teams and that is good enough for me, but the other issue is the sensors get damaged fairly easily and there have been times where getting replacements were insane ( prior to Covid even ). I also find too many folks relying very heavily on gauges and so many of us have counseled folks to check stuff manually when on track, and that helps with habits not just related to tires, but track maintenance list and reviewing other safety areas.
