I am building a 911 ST variant and recently read a lengthy article which interchanged to ST and S/T designation several times. Is the 911 ST and 911 S/T of the early ‘70s one and the same racing car or are they different? If different, what are the major unique features and/or perhaps point me in the right direction to find out more?
Thanks in advance.

I think it's the same. Some call it ST others S/T.
