As I've said, no plastic printable on a typical home FDM printer will be strong enough to undo the front pulley bolt. It will break. On the other hand, if you just want to prevent the motor from moving off TDC while installing a belt, etc., then any plastic should be good enough for that.

I did my belts last fall. A person doesn't strictly need the flywheel lock. It takes deliberate effort to move the crank, even with the spark plugs out. Plus, confirming the timing mark is aligned in the bell housing peep hole will be reassuring prior to belt installation.Roman wrote: Mon Aug 07, 2023 1:28 pm Thanks, pulley bolt will stay on, its purely just for holding TDC for timing.
