Went to the Pleasanton Porsche show yesterday, which was host by Porsche of Livermore I believe. Pretty good turn out of cars, mostly modern, on a hot California summer day.

I took the Turbo. Ed was showing his new GT4RS, but I forgot to take pictures of it.blueline wrote: Sun Aug 06, 2023 7:20 am Nice gathering of some fine P-rides. Which of yours did you drive?

That 911 Sport Classic has the Chromaflair paint, which I'm told is ~$100k or more on that car. It was interesting for sure -- color shifting in the sun -- but is it $100k more interesting than my old Prussian Blue 911 that when from blue to purple depending on the light? I also couldn't help but wonder if anyone could ever repair it if you scratched the paint or got in an accident?

Nice YouTube video on the event, with a cameo of a few Carpokean's cars... (Ed drives in around the 2:00 mark, followed by another Carpokean in a red gt4.)
