2007 Carrera4s
Do you want to spend a lot....like the lawyers and CEO's checking all the option boxes for their brand new 992...
...or are you okay with getting great results for a whole lot less?
I also have a 2007, a Cabriolet, so mostly, I listen to the wind. However, like the guy in the Heineken ad "I don't usually drink beer, but when I do..."
When I DO want to listen to the Jazz downloaded to my iPhone, I plug in my Roav T1 to one of the 'cigarette' lighter ports, and stream my iTunes over a blank FM channel. Very easy setup, only $21 today on Amazon, and I get great reception even when carving up the back canyons of San Diego.

Hi, Lizardo again, with a footnote to my Bluetooth suggestion.
If you don't want to look at the Roav T1 sticking up from the console, use the plug inside the storage compartment. Just be sure to unplug, as the port is 'hot' even with the key off, and it drained my old battery. I've accidentally left it plugged in after I got a new battery, with no problem...but better safe than sorry!
If you ARE okay with the device on the outside, you can then easily answer your phone by pressing the lighted button. However, I don't need to answer the phone much after retiring as a real estate agent, so I hide the device.
