Anyone ever try a 968 reservoir like this guy did?
It’s a great way to free up space.

That's a genuine 968CS pictured but I used the same photos for my painter to do mine for me on my '86 944. The filler neck isn't compatible with the 944 gas struts so I am converting to 968 ones. In the meantime my painter fab'ed up an extension for the filler neck that moves it out of the way of the 944 gas struts.

This is the same 968CS before the repaint. notice the little shelf above the ABS. The reservoir sits on this in a 968. I don't think my painter did this for my reservoir.

Here are some shots of the car before painting.
Funny the car is painted exactly how I want to do one of mine.
One Riviera Blue and the other Mexico blue.

Just installed mine tonight. 88 944. Instead of using 968 struts, I’m using a silicon reducing 90 degree elbow. 1.25-1.5 with a slip on rubber cap. I came here to find a washer pump alternative.
