Oil residue bottom of shocks - GT4

On my GT4 the rear shocks seem to be pushing out a bit of oil spray. This isn't the type of failure from shock seals this is a vent hole I believe. It's only a mist that eventually gets dirty. Just want more confirmation from other owners that they are also seeing this? It's not nearly as bad in the front.

Looks like a warranty claim to me....
