Car runs great but around 2800rpm any gear a noise and vibration from the clutch/ drivetrain once past 3000 or so its quieter. Flywheel maybe or clutch?

Does it happen if you put the clutch down and rev the motor to 2900? How about with clutch out and rev'ing to 2900 with transmission in neutral? Knowing that might help narrow it down. Any recent work (and/or chance the balance shaft is out of time)? Lots of possibilities -- motor mounts, balance shafts, clutch parts, **torque tube**, exhaust loose/contact. Does the clutch pedal vibrate too?

I'd double check the balance shaft to make sure they are oriented correctly. It's easy to get the bottom one 180 off. If it was off before the belt change, it may have gone back together the way it was. Did you use factory motor mounts or the after-market ones? The after-market ones have a terrible reputation... Do you feel any vibration in the clutch pedal itself?
