So I looked at the .pdf file and pictures for the 100th time and figured out that pieces 7 and 11 are now 2 pieces each.
One for the wheel wheel (upper) and one for the side of the wheel well.

And one of the 4 pieces had the finish seem on the wrong side.

After continued staring, a question came to me - how would I have cut this to work for both rear seat delete and rear seat installed?
Then I realized that #7 and #11 in the diagram came as 2 pieces each (not single as shown in the instructions "1-piece, passenger side rear panel."
They each have 2 pieces - 1 to cover the upper front wheel well and another to cover the lower front wheel well.

Other issues to be aware of
- #10 and #12 come as 1 piece (better in my opinion)
- The drivers side floor piece is a little short coming up the center console. Probably 1" too short, so double check the placement.

I printed out a copy of the one on RL a long time ago but your addition and update are greatly appreciated and will make a very useful improvement to the RL version. I hope to do a similar process with German Square Weave. A question though, where did you source the mini cage/rollbar/seatbelt anchor?
Great job overall!
Thank you!

I did have to re-cut and re-bind the last piece that goes over the passenger side rear wheel well. Project complete as of last night. PM me if you get in a bind and need pics of my installation.

FWIW - AppBiz has sold off their business to JWest Engineering - but there's no mention of 944 carpet kits on the new website:
