For whatever reason I am not able to scroll up and down any page on the forum with my thumb and need to use 2 fingers instead. What could be causing this. Android/Firefox.

That's a new one on me. I'm not seeing anything like that on my iPhone or iPad. Are other Android users seeing that? @blueline ? Is it just on carpokes or more of a general 'what's going on with my phone' question.Thom wrote: Thu May 07, 2026 8:29 am For whatever reason I am not able to scroll up and down any page on the forum with my thumb and need to use 2 fingers instead. And in the spirit of tech support everywhere, I'd be inclined to close all apps, shut down the phone, count to ten, and reboot.... At least on my iPhone, that fixes a good percentage of random quirks...

Only with Carpokes and this tedious issue seems to have appeared after updating to the latest Firefox version. All the basic checks as you described were done.
ETA : just noticed that single finger scrolling works when touching the screen on the upper and lower banners, but not in the middle of the screen...
ETA : no issue in desktop display mode.

or any other browser for that matter. Firefox is known to be finicky.

Yes to other browsers. Works ok sometimes but other times it takes two fingers. Some sites seem fine while others (Carpokes) exhibit the random scrolling oddity. I do think it's an Android but I don't know for sure.

I can't replicate the issue, on Apple products, but will dust off an old Android to see if there's anything I can do -- since the issue seems to be Android specific and limited to certain sites. I just made a few temporary changes to see if I can pinpoint what's causing it. Can someone let me know if the problem is still happening?blueline wrote: Thu May 07, 2026 10:06 am Yes to other browsers. Works ok sometimes but other times it takes two fingers. Oops, sorry for missing an earlier topic on this. I'm not the only one then. Too little room left on my phone and can't install Chrome for now.
I'll put up with it then and see if it ever fixes itself as right now it's still there.
Thanks Tom for trying to help.

I've been having this issue when using my phone for some time now. Both on the app and web.
Samsung Galaxy s22
Using Google when on the web.
I haven't encountered this issue with any other app or website.
Cheers
