Camshaft identification

Does anyone have a 2.7L stock camshaft that can identify a part number on the cam? I've got a client in Spain who is unable to find anything but the casting number.

I've broken down a few 2.7 motors and 'should' have the cams in the shed. What part number should I be looking for?

I’m out and about, so don’t have the PN handy. Looking for the location of a stamped number, not the casting number. Thx!

I believe 2.7s do not have a different cam than a 2.5?
I have one, but it's still in the housing and wrapped up (for sale by the way, comes w/ the rebuilt head), if Tom doesn't have one I can pull mine out and check it.

I checked my little Porsche Models/Dimensions/Tolerances book which says the late 944NA 2.5 and 2.7 have the same cam specs, but different part numbers. Go figure. Since the book doesn't provide lobe lift specs, the lift may be different between the 2.5 and 2.7.

The book also says the last sequence of the part number (155.10 for the 2.7) is between the intake and exhaust lobe on cylinder #2. Can someone confirm? Thanks!!

For the life of me, I can't find a 2.7 camshaft. I 'should' have at least 2 of them -- since I am incapable of parting with car parts for any reason -- but I can't find them anywhere. Will keep looking, but I'm not optimistic, so hoping @stitch2k1 can look at his for you.

Hoping someone else can help out with identifying a M44/11 (944 2.7) camshaft. A friend in Spain wants to confirm what he has before installing it in his 3L turbo. He can't find identifying marks anywhere on the cam other than the casting number. The stamped number should be 155.10, but it's apparently not between cam lobes on #2 cylinder.

That's a red flag. Is there a spot on the cam that has been ground down? Was the original part number removed?

I'm going to be pulling out all my heads and cams this week to get some pics to sell them, I'll check the cam for ya
