I have a 971 Turbo, but the same issues and solutions apply.
How about working on induction side? Switch to a BMC air filter, that's EZ. Consider boring out the throttle body (bodies), a proven power increase.
Turbos are extremely sensitive to exhaust back pressure. check out Engine Masters on the subject. Eliminate the secondary cats.

Thanks for the reply and info-!

I put the FVD Brombacher turbos and downpipes on my 2016 Turbo, along with tuning of the ECU and PDK computers. What a difference! From about 525 hp to about 750 hp. Sounds like a proper monster in Sport or Sport Plus, while remaining relatively calm in comfort/city mode. I use a Pedal Commander to get a quicker throttle response from idle in comfort mode. It was a big job, requiring the engine to be dropped out of the car. I also ceramic coated the downpipes prior to installation. Had to ship the pdk comuter to Germany for final tuning. Support from FVD/B has been great.

The Pirelli Cinturatos that came with the car when I bought it in 2019 (@30,000 miles) are past their DOT dates, so I am putting on a set of Michelin PS4's next week. Anxious to feel the differences.

Great Information-!

You are the first person I have heard/seen do the FVD Turbo upgrade
https://www.fvd.net/us-en/FVD123970117S ... eries.html

I too have the FVD downpipes, ECU and PDK tune

Are you in Arizona? Your pic looks like AZ as I lived in that area for 15 years.

I think you will be very happy with the Michelin's-!

Proper Build you have done here-!

Michael, thanks. So far I like the feel of the Michelin PS4S over the Pirellis. Have not pushed them hard yet, either speed or cornering.

Yes, I'm in the Phoenix area. The picture was taken at a PCA Autocross out at AMP on a day my 911 did not yet have exhaust tips to quiet down the headers and meet the AMP noise restriction.
