Late 951/S2 Brake Caliper Seals

So, does anyone have a source for the "Protection Cap" style piston seals for later 951's and all 944S2's?
Porsche PET part numbers is:
951 351 919 11
BUT, that includes new pistons. And I do not need 16 new pistons. I just need 16 new seals.
Also shoutout to my car, it still has the anti-squeal pads.
The best price on the PGP stuff totals out to just below $500, which is insane. I could buy older 951 brakes and reseal them for less than that..and I'm about to do just that.
Ian, aka 944online, used to have these, for about $50 I think it was. I got a set for another car a year ago, well before I had my car.

Paragon sells the seals and dust boots separately, but it's very hard to find them on the website. Might be worth sending him an email.

When I did my '86 951 front brakes, maybe 15-20 years ago (!), I could not find the seals at any of the regular places. If memory serves, there was a seller from Europe on eBay but the issue was these calipers had a number of different sizes, with splits mid-model year, etc. If memory serves, I got lucky and found the dealer seal kit somewhere. I'll see if I can figure out what I used and where I got it....
Edit: looks like I used dealer seal kits: 951 351 919 00 and 951 351 919 01. Looks like they are still available too, but not cheap. When I needed them they were super hard to find, but maybe not so much anymore.... Those were for my '86 951 though, so may not be the same as yours.

On the phone with them right now, their size is showing to be a little expensive still cause I'm guessing they're splitting up OEM kits.

Those are for the 'scraper ring' style brakes. I have protection cap style brakes, which started in 1989. I attached pics of TSB 8907 which was about that changeover.

Update: Just finished off the phone with them right after I finished writing that post. They only carry Brembo OEM stuff so it's $350, so I'm only saving $150.
I might have to just reseal my scraper ring 951 brakes and use them for now, which is going to SUCK since somebody at 944fest wanted to buy them.

When I got the '86 kits from the dealer, they came in Brembo packaging.... I do remember them being pricey but I'm guessing the parts Paragon sells are the same things that PCNA sells.... Thanks for the TSB -- it's all coming back to me now (kind of), just remember it was a pain to get the right ones for my brakes, and that I needed one kit per piston (so 4 kits).....

Yeah when you're ordering 16 seals it gets costly very fast. Another option is to just IRAN them, if the dust caps aren't torn I can just try and source the sealing rings themselves.

I don't have any links offhand but I ran into the same frustration when I rebuilt the Brembos on my cars. Generally speaking, I would suggest looking at motorcycle parts suppliers. A lot of bikes use Brembos with the same design and parts/piston sizes. The parts from those places can be significantly cheaper than via a Porsche parts specialist (not to disparage the great suppliers that help keep our cars on the road, they are vital to the ecosystem). If I can remember the name of the place I bought my parts, I'll post a link.
ETA: This is the place I bought my parts. It means you really have to know what your piston diameters are, but the prices are great:

I'll give them a shot, I plan to pull the brakes off and check the sizes. I will report my findings here, hopefully to save somebody this headache.
