In restoring my burgundy interior, and I want to re-dye/paint faded plastic parts.

I read that ColorBond interior paint is good for this.

Selecting the closest matching color (1988 Porsche), gives me: "Porsche Magenta Red".

Has anyone used this product? How is their match, and how is the final result in terms of quality/durability?

Regards,
Vel

I have (for the last 40 years) used a product called surflex from colorplus.

They can match perfectly whatever sample (one inch by one inch) that you send them

Highly recommended...

Thanks. It says it's for leather or vinyl. Have you used it for hard-plastic pieces?
