Does installing a rear support truss increase the rigidity of the car? Is it worth installing and does it make a difference you can feel?

I made my own using a pan hard bar and connecting it to where the rear seat back locks in place. I used heim joints to do this. It has definitely helped in keeping my rear flat in the corners with the stock rear suspension. I was told this by friends following me through the local canyons, as well as by the how it feels. I made it and installed it before KLA came out with their version....

Curious outside question.... Would the purpose be better served by a link between the shock towers? The body tends to be a bit more rigid there vs. at the seat belt anchors up in the B pillar, and closer connected to the side load from the suspension.

That's what I was originally intending to do. However, I do not have a welder or the requisite skills to make an attachment to the shock towers, so I found the next best/easiest/lowest location...

According to KLA they did a bunch of measurements and data collection that showed chassis flex with pressure sensors on the bar to validate that is was really making it stiffer.

My version fixes into place using the original seat back fixings. It definitely tightens up the rear end.
