Here is an .STL for the 924/944/968 spark plug wire holder. This is part # 052905471A and also fits some VW/Audi models. The examples below are printed in black ABS, to hold up to the heat under the hood, on a Bambu Lab X1C printer using the 'ironing' feature to produce a smooth top and bottom surface. It is a dead ringer for the original -- it would pass for stock even on close inspection by a picky concourse judge. The pictures show the 3D printed versions next to a factory original.

Thank you for posting this, just found this forum after redoing the vacuum lines on my 86 Turbo. Just so happened to break a clip as I was putting things back together.

Given where they are in the engine bay, I've been using one made of ABS with no problems.

@Tom Are these sized for standard wire size or a “little loose” to accommodate a little larger wire (like Clewett 8 mm)?

They are as close to identical to the originals as I could make them. I printed mine in ABS and have been using them with the Clewett wires since the original post above. A smidge tight on the wires I guess, but no biggie. I could find the original model and make an 8mm version if you'd prefer, or I bet if you just printed them at 102-106%, somewhere in there you'd get just the level of grip you'd like on the thicker wires...

I will give the scaling approach a try.
