87+ Strut Conversion to Screw-on Caps for Bilstein B6s

Pretty simple question: Does anyone know where to find the weld-on screw-on caps to imitate the 82-86 struts?
As seen in this video:
You can see in the first 30 seconds the part in question: The weld-on sleeve cap, screw-on cap, whatever you wanna call it.
I've done some googling and haven't found anything.
Really would like to get a set, so I can do conversions and sell Bilstein front struts for later 944s, or for customers of mine. Most of my customers don't need Konis, plus Konis are getting expensive.

Update: Found a guy in New Zealand who makes them for $118 a pair and $29.75 for worldwide shipping (regardless of quantity ordered, he said).
Anybody interested in a set? Maybe get a group buy going cut down on shipping?
I'd like to have a few sets, convert some struts.

Sorry, late to the party here, but I was going to suggest beamishnz. He used to be on RL, but it sounds like you found him somewhere.... Tell him to get over to Carpokes and do a group buy here. He can run a banner ad and I'd be willing to back-fill a group buy just to have a set or two state-side for Carpokeans in need. I waffled on buying them before, but ultimately bit the bullet and went with the KW coilovers.

Hey Guys... Thanks Jae for the heads up and thanks admin for being so inclusive and allowing me to join the party!
Happy to provide the Bilstein conversion kits and advice and encouragement to anyone who wants to give it a go. I run cars with both the Bilstein and the Koni conversions and both are a great step up from the tired old Sachs. I personally find the Bilstein are a better design and better ride than the Koni's... but each to their own .
The kit I have designed is similar to that shown in Jürgen's video but comes with a cutting guide that takes all the guess work out of the cutting, and is designed in such a way to negate the need to prise off the old cap (which is a pain in the a*se) and most importantly is machined to set the collars at exactly the correct height even if you are a millimetre or so out on the cut.
I've supplied very many of these kits to enthusiasts of differing technical competence and so far no one has failed. Only had positive feedback so far . It is a pretty simple, fun procedure and I can cut and convert a strut in under 15 mins (excluding the time for my friendly welder takes to do his bit).
The procedure is somewhat simpler than the Jürgen video. Hopefully the step by step instructions are successfully attached to this post
They are $118 a pair including cutting guides etc and $29.75 for worldwide shipping (regardless of quantity ordered). I can also loan or supply ($20) the Bilstein tool for correctly torquing the gland nut.
If there is sufficient interest I'm happy to put together a group buy and a banner ad would make me feel like I had made the big time!

Welcome to Carpokes! I guess I'm the admin here, but you may remember me as Tom M'Guinn on that other site.
I was mixing up the Bilstein and Koni conversions in my earlier post, but we did exchange notes a while back about your kit.
For people who have been supporting the community for years like you have, I'm happy to put up a banner ad (free). I'd just need a 1250 X125 pixel image (jpg, gif, etc.). You can email it to me at [email protected] If a group buy materializes, great, but happy to run a banner ad either way.

Hey Tom. Of course I remember you! ....
I will knock a banner add together and flick it through to you. Appreciate the opportunity!

I'm definitely interested in 2, maybe 3 sets - but that depends on whether the cars break the piggy bank in the next month.
