@Tom 25mm centered on the mounting hole should work!

Here is a rendering of the front bracket with the suggested changes. What do you think? I got the strong plastic. Print it?

Looks just like the rendering! I did this one in the stronger plastic. I'll print another of these and 2 of the rear version and send them off for the exciting conclusion. :)

Those look like they will fit perfectly!

Done! The new plastic (Grey Pro by Formlabs) feels stronger and the brackets seems sharper to me. I'll clean up the support points a bit on these before sending, and I may print an extra one for stress testing. :) Once Darwin confirms the fit, I'll post the STL's for anyone who might want them. 3D-printing is a great tool for keeping old cars on the road!

Tom, those look absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to get them and try them out! I also agree that you can tell the difference between the two plastics.

If there is room I will definitely amend the design to use the studs to fasten the speaker. I kind of threw that sketch up from memory as I’m out of state and unable to reference the car or the tweeter. I was planning to use some hot glue should I cut the studs.
In my limited experience, hot glue is not a good option for interior bits. The cabin gets hot enough to soften it, and I end up with pieces that move around. Use real fasteners if you have the option. Makes things easier to disassemble in the future too.

I've never tried it, but have seen high temp hot melt glue?

Darwin, I got caught up obsessing on the print quality and learning new tricks on the Formlabs printer. I didn't like some of the pock marks in my first batch, so redid them using new tricks and must say they rival molded parts. :) I'll get all 8 out in tomorrow's mail. :)
