She's performing here in Nashville Friday night at The Blue Room. Hadn't heard of her before your post, but Americana is a fast growing part of the music arena featuring new music and new musicians along with the established veterans.

The Americana Music Association puts on their five-day AmericanaFest here in Nashville at the Ryman and dozens of other venues all around downtown Nashville every year. There were over 200 hundred performers for 2023's event. From their website: "...the must-attend event for anyone who loves the melting pot of Americana’s influences including roots, folk, country, blues and soul-based music. Each year, AMERICANAFEST brings together legendary artists, the next generation of rising stars, fans, and industry professionals for multiple days of music and education."

Maybe she's performed during the fest before or will at this year's event?

2024 will be the 24th annual fest and it has featured its share of the greats such Johnny Cash, Bonnie Raitt, John Prine, Robert Cray, Robert Plant, Lucinda Williams, Lyle Lovett, etc., along with the many new artists breaking into the music and entertainment scene.

I was speaker shopping a number of years ago.
The salesman used this song to audition them as it was very well recorded.
A couple legends guest on it too.
I have become a fan since.

Great voice, great song. His guests? Bonnie's among the best. Jackson is no slouch either!

Can never go wrong with "Riders..."

By the way, my friend wasn't familiar with the Calimoto Trip app - it was the other fellow who was discussing Euro travel on his BMW m-cycle, mentioning a travel app. I don't know him very well but will likely see him at a Club meeting at some point and will try to remember to ask.

Pontiac...RIP

They mention Caddy, Corvette, Mercedes but I didn't hear Porsche!! (Probably a bit tricky to rhyme if pronounced correctly!)
