I am in a Music Discovery phase. Since the folks here have great taste in cars, I bet some of you have great taste in music.

I recently discovered Eva Cassidy, an incredible singer who left us too young.

What are you listening to these days?

Nice!!

I'm all over the map with music - very much so, including obscure or older music music. Music is streaming at home 24x7 via PC that feeds various amps in different parts of the house, in the garage and outside. It's mainly background as I am going about projects and work unless I'm trying to listen to something specifically. I'd be lost without the constant music - even at a low volume it's so fine to have it on.

I wasn't familiar with Eva Cassidy - she has a very interesting bio, that's for sure. Anyone that Clapton and McCartney endorse that wholeheartedly must be quite good so I'll be sampling some of her music.

Great thread that we need to keep alive and maintain as another topic in the batch of long-running Carpokes threads that people wander in and out of.

Most of my listening is from the 60’s and 70’s. The list is long but includes Hendrix, Joplin, The Stones, The Beatles, The Who, …..I’m not familiar with 99% of current music.

Thanks Larry, so those artists are “A” Listers.
Tell us about a more obscure artist that you think is awesome but maybe we are not aware of. Thanks for playing along 😎

I’m a bit biased but my son is a jazz pianist. Linked below is a song from latest album, Live in London.
