How to do it?
In Safari, tap on the menu bar. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.(If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.)

He was a chip tuner...until he was not.
Never got ghosted by John at Vitesse, honest & reliable, always got my money's worth or more.
IIRC...had a Motorola StarTAC flip phone back then, new technology, so cool!
Just in case anyone is looking for an Ostrich- they're no longer available. Luckily there is a modern replacement called the Cobra RTP (Real Time Programmer) available from BoostedNW com. I just got one and it's perfect for the DIY chip programmer.
Basically, it replaces the chip with a flash based memory board. A ribbon cable plugs into the chip socket in the DME, the other end of the ribbon cable goes to the Cobra RTP, and there's a USB cable that plugs into the Cobra so you can plug it into your laptop and tune in reatime using TunerProRT. John (aka @Fast951) has been in a league of his own since the day he put out his shingle. If you are in the market for 951 chips, his Vitesse stuff is head and shoulders above all other off-the-shelf tunes, in my opinion.
There were quite a few rough exits back in the day (some much rougher than others) -- Danno, Special Tool, Derrek Khajavi (Huntley Racing), Garrity, etc. I'm sure there's a whole back story behind every one that we'll never know.
