Perfect - thank you! I was actually able to find them in black oxide on Amazon and they'll be here tomorrow! I'm going to try the heat up/rapid cool down method by using a torch then a keyboard duster held upside down. It helped me loosen most of my seized brake line fittings.

I think the heat is especially effective at softening the threadlocker originally used on these screws. I'm not sure the cooling will help much unless you can really localize it, and maybe get the bolt to shrink some. Remember that heating the aluminum actually makes the hole smaller as the aluminum expands around it some. There's some magic ratio that escapes my feeble mind. But certainly worth a try with your proposed method.

My feeble memory is that the screws on mine came out relatively easily with the impact driver and no heat/cold. I did clean the hex wells in the screw heads so the driver could seat completely. Mine had a little dust packed underneath the spring plates but no corrosion though. Pictures from many seem to show a lot more corrosion and dust putting load on the screws.
