I know the OP is enquiring about "new" car insurance, but for future reference, I've been using Grundy for "collector" car insurance for 10+ years.
Agreed value, no real limitation on mileage (just can't be a daily driver), trip interruption coverage etc.
To me, it offers a lot more freedom than Hagerty.

For what it's worth, I have no real or hard mileage limitations at Hagerty either. They do require that you have a regular car/truck as a daily that is fully insured with standard insurance from another company. I've been with them since the mid 90s insuring a variety of cars.
