US Built Porsches?
One additional thought..Porsche like most companies sources a lot of its parts from suppliers. Those parts would also be subject to tariffs. Thus there is a massive supply chain implication to be managed if this is the case.

A bit off topic regarding building Porsches in the U.S., but still relevant as to where Porsche is now and where they are heading. They've already shifted somewhat to the Ferrari blueprint but not sure that it's working too well for Porsche except for pissing off existing and long-time Porsche owners, lovers and fans.

On a side note regarding Porsche's supposed embrace of the Ferrari model, I received an allocation for a 992.2 PTS Carrera S recently. Was in V110, I had received my TYD and welcome email - all good, or so I thought. Then suddenly, the PTS was pulled. PCNA explanation was that only single digit PTS allocations for all of MY 2025 (Carrera S models) for all of North America and that those few (5? 6? 9?) PTS slots were already taken.
