Another New Track - Tennessee Downs

Some good news! Ongoing construction at TN Downs has in fact been progressing very well, something that's not being widely discussed.

I haven't been able to find out when it's projected to open (will it be this year?) but I now have a good contact and will try to get more details. Will post as I find out more.

Just checking around to see if any updates on TN Downs. The Flatrock member opening sort of dominated the social media lately. Hoping things are moving in a good direction for the TN Downs project.

Those behind the track are going about it systematically and responsibly, meaning they are not going to over-leverage the project. Land is paid for as I understand it, permitting is 100% done, layouts and track design are complete, overall land prep is mostly done. The last phase - building the track and support facilities is still a tbd. The hope is that it opens next year.

Meanwhile, Music City Kartplex (formerly Twin Fountains) whose property abuts Tennessee Downs just opened. The man behind this project made a substantial investment in the facility.

The two facilities will compliment each other well.
