Thanks. I caught that picture of the '81 SC on BAT too. It does not show any sign of the smaller white decal to the left of the most left decal in the photo. I'm wondering if a PO put it on.

My random guess would be a R134a conversion sticker, if your car is retrofitted. If not, maybe an obsolete servicing sticker to say when the oil is due, etc.
There are endless aftermarket stickers for the R134a conversion, but here's the factory one as shown in Pelican's store:
