Kudos to another forum that can be testy but really got me out of a jam today. I unlocked the pass side door since the drivers side does not comply with requests to open. The alarm went off. I tried the usual procedures like unlocking the drivers side door and depressing the key fob. The alarm kept on annoying everyone within earshot. I disconnected the battery. That stopped the alarm. Soon as I attached the poles again the blast came back.
SOLUTION. for me
I used the key to and attempted to open the drivers side door. Then raced to the pass side door. Jumped in and within ten seconds turned the key to the first stop in the ignition.
I was not looking forward to driving past the hospital and thru the town alarm blaring. Thanks be to Rennlist!

thanks Wespa but in a 911 like yesterday I was looking for a quick fix. I know the videos from the man who produced the alarm tutorial and he is great! I will watch today. I just scanned and saw there is a way to bypass and I am all over that!
