Ref sensor ID

If you looked at this what one would you guess is the ref sensor and speed sensor?

Red for reference?? You can ohm out the connectors to the main DME 35-pin connector to know for sure. Speed is on 27 and Ref on 26.

If you look at the sensor when mounted, the one towards the rear of the engine is the speed sensor and the one towards the front of the engine is the TDC sensor.

Of course, if you have then reversed, the car will not start. Switch the connections and try again. (A prudent course after any job disturbing the sensors.)
