3D printed 968 intake for ITBs

There is a company that is selling an ITB kit for the 16v cars. See last 3 pictures below. The idea is to 3D print an intake airbox that is similar to the e46 M3 CSL intake manifold that allows that engine to HOWL. See the 1st picture. We can then use the 3D printed prototype to create a carbon fiber copy if desired.

This would enhance the already improved sounds of the ITB kit.

What do you think?

Not sure in n/a but in turbo cars you have to have supports inside the plenum otherwise it tends to crack or collapse. I'm sure there's enough info out there to do something nice though. Would be great to hear it once finished!

We really need to do a lot more brain storming on this. I can draw plenums all day long but without direction, that's all I'm doing is drawing. I will see if I can find more info on that BMW intake setup
