I have a sunroof issue I can't find in any trouble shooting guides (I've been all over clarks for a significant portion of the last 2 days.)

I have everything adjusted. Sunroof opens and closes properly with Ignition On. Sunroof Locks properly with Ignition on Acc. Also on Acc it will unlock BUT WILL NOT STOP.

I've tested the switches when I've visually indicated the arms are seated all the way back and the measurements with the multi meter (continuity and ohm testing) match the Limit Switch Testing portion of Clarks.

Luckily I 3d print the gears for next to nothing but I'd like to button this back up and not worry when I go to remove the sunroof next.

When unlocking the sunroof, there is no microswitch to stop the motor. Movement stops when you take your finger off the button, or the mechanism reaches the end of it's movement.

Don't feel silly, this system is remarkably subtle in it's implementation. I should have added that when unlocking and the mechanism hits the stop, the motor keeps running while the (properly adjusted) clutch slips, as long as you keep the button pressed.

There is a procedure to adjust the clutch on Clark's.

I'll have to give readjusting the clutch another shot. The cable was shooting out the back which would then strip the gears which is what raised the alarm.

Having the Up/Down work is super nice though. Just drove around in weather that hinted at rain and it was great to have the air flow of the vented sunroof without full removal.
