Something spilled in my trunk and there is an odor. I've had the trunk steam cleaned, but that's not been enough.
I want to remove the trunk liner and wash it, as well as wash underneath the liner. Can anyone suggest how to remove the liner? The first problem I run into is the plastic cover over the trunk latch.

I may be wrong, but seems to me that was covered in one of @JetFuelOnly's disassembly videos. Pinging him here to see if he can point to it...Mike Eager wrote: Sun Jan 28, 2024 10:05 am Something spilled in my trunk and there is an odor. I've had the trunk steam cleaned, but that's not been enough.

I looked at the video on replacing the rear tail light and it does show removing the trim on one side of the trunk, but not the trunk liner. If there is another video in the series which does show this, I'd appreciate a pointer.

Thanks, I'll take a look. (i'd never think of looking at this one.)
