What brand of duct tape do you guys use to fix your head gaskets?

Btw, this is what happens when the reference line to the fuel pressure regulator fails during a 20psi run on a 3l turbo!

That should buff right out!

Sorry about that. :( I had the EXACT same thing happen on my 3L many moons ago, with exactly the same result. Also had a wastegate hose come loose with similar results -- it hit 30psi on a VR stage 5 turbo. Felt like I got hit from behind by a truck for a few seconds, then not so much.

Gasket sealant on a HG?

The block is o ringed and it can make the edges weep a little. Cheap insurance! I was datalogging, leaned out to mid 13s AFR at 20psi….pop.

My block is o-ringed too, courtesy of Scott Gomes. I could see the tell-tale ring in your wide-fire gasket.

The rest of the engine was not damaged after this?

Yikes! Maybe no duct tape needed if some key safe guards are in place though...?

Looking at the data log it happened less than half a second after the FPR hose failed.

Nope, it was an aftermarket set up installed by the owner, haven't seen one like it before.
