As reported on another forum, Porsche has been accused of falsifying their gas mileage claims for certain vehicles, and a claim process has been set up here: https://secure.porschegasolinesettlementusa.com/en/
Even if you've sold the offending Porsche, you can still claim reimbursement, you just need to show proof of purchase and sale of the vehicle. I scanned my bill of sale and invoice from the dealer for my 2016 Cayman GTS and sent it in, so if anything is awarded I may receive a couple hundred bucks. Certainly worth a try.
