J Standard cable harness reference.

If you can find 2012 or newer it’s an excellent reference.

I am certified with both IPC J-STD-001 Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies
And
IPC/WHMA-A620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies.

My point simply being this is an excellent resource for learning for anyone wanting to learn and knowledge on how to do things properly.

I once saw a book on auto racing harness techniques. I wish I could find it, it had a ton of good information. I looked up this book, and it also looks great, but it is $300 on Amazon! Maybe I’ll keep my eyes open for a PDF or used eBay version :)
